இந்திய பொருளாதாரம் - நிற்குமா நிலைக்குமா? 

ஒரு பெரிய சரிவை இந்திய பொருளாதாரம் சந்தித்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிறது. இதிலிருந்து இந்தியா மீள எதிர் கட்சிகளும், "Pink" - பொருளாதார தின ஏடுகளும் முன் வைக்கும் யோசனைகள். 

1. பதவி விலகி தேர்தலை சந்தியுங்கள்.

2. இந்த "Populist Measures" - உணவு பாதுகாப்பு", "நில ஆர்ஜித" , "நூறு நாள் வேலை" - போன்ற திட்டங்களை கைவிடுங்கள்.

இதில் விசேஷம் என்னவென்றால், எதிர்கட்சிகள், இவை அனைத்திற்கும் (2) எதிராக இருப்பதாக சொல்லவில்லை. இப்போது வேண்டாம் அல்லது எப்படி செயல் படுத்துவது என்பவை போலத்தான். 

இந்த பொருளாதார பிங்க் செய்தி தாள்கள், கொஞ்ச நாள் முன்பு என்ன பேசின என்றால், பொருளாதார சீர்திருத்தங்கள், ஏழைகளுக்கும் பணக்கரர்களுக்குமான இடைவெளியை அதிகமாக்குகின்றன என்றுதான்.

காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியின் மீது எனக்கு இருக்கும் கோபங்கள், தாபங்கள் ஏராளம். ஆனால், பொருளாதார சீர்திருத்தமும், அதை அடுத்த ஏழைகள் நலத்திட்டங்களும் அதி உன்னதமானவை. இவைகளை செயல் படுத்துவதில் இந்தியாவுக்கே உரித்தான, ஊழல்கள், திறமை இன்மை, இவை அனைத்தையும் மீறி, பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சியினை பகிர்ந்தளிப்பதில் இவை மகத்தான பங்கு ஆற்றியுள்ளன. இனி வரும் தேர்தலில் காங்கிரஸ் தோற்றாலும், இவை முன்னெடுத்து செல்லப்படுமே தவிர, இவற்றை ஒழிக்க முடியாது. இவை மட்டும் இல்லை எனில்,  இன்னும் பத்து வருடங்களில் நாடு தீவிரவாதிகள் கையிலோ அல்லது சர்வாதிகாரத்தி பிடியிலோ சிக்கி சீரழிந்திருக்கும். இந்த கட்டுரை படித்து பாருங்கள்.

This debate certifies my post earlier. Yes - only education can solve it. If you start now, it may take another 20 years at the least.
Comparing the rape statistics with US and saying it is less than US is nonsense - I do not know how they got the statistics. In India number of cases filed is less than 1%. Not only US around the world the percentage of reported cases is much less than the actuals for various reasons.

Shame on India - Are we Really Cultured!

The history tells us that the very first human community was lead by female. The very first human being was found to be a woman. The very first God invented by human was female. World changed later when human settled down on riversides and learned to cultivate and herd tamed animals.  The male became the bread winner and hence got more exposure. The more exposure gave him the leadership qualities. But women continued to play major role. The conflict on their roles in the upcoming communities, became larger. The exposure male could get initially, helped them invent the "Male" - "Manly" Gods. By that time, the small communities had become small kingdoms. There came the necessity for the kingdoms to be saved at all times and hence the warriors were all men. Slowly, the physic of men started becoming more rugged and women gender started to succumb to their male counter parts. This continued around the world. Women were considered weaker sex. Some religious leaders advocated ways and means to protect the women. In may parts around the world, women were second class citizens. Even now, wage inequality exists in most parts of the world including the developed countries.
India had undergone the same development with a slight difference. The northern parts were under the strong grips of "Manusmiruti" which advocates women slavery, before the 700 CE. At that time, the south was treating women comparatively better. Though most of the world turned to"Male" omnipotent God, India still had women Gods... many of them. This continues even today. You can see the "Mari Amman" temples prevalent in communities migrated to various parts of the world even now. (You may google to find or email me for more details). There were revolutionary - no that is not the right word - rebellious leaders like Gautama Budha and Mahavir, who were against the "Manu" teachings.The religions they formed - Budhism and Janism  - were successfully contained by the then Hindus. Budhism spread over the east Asia and is still dominant. Jainism (Mahavir's) is contained well and followed by considerable population in India.
The oppression of women continued unabated very violently in India only after the Islamic invasion, after the 8th century. The veils were forced for the women. Even the Hindu women started covering their heads and faces with their sarees (women's dress) only after that. With that influence, the Manu teachings were more vigorously followed and interpreted in many different ways by Hindus. Sati was one of such interpretation. The wife will be burned alive in the funeral pyre of the husband is called Sati. At the same time, Hinduism found a novel way to live their sex life. It extended the oppression of women in the name of religion. In every village they will devote few women to the temple for God. They would be great dance artists. At the same time they will serve the village men as prostitutes. They can collect money for their service but will never have a family of their own. Polygamy  was common. Still there were queens in the south leading their countries to prosperity. When Islam spread to the south, it could not do much but the impact was evident. After the thirteenth century, there were Hindu revival movements. In south, many religious saints were reason for complete uproot of Budhism and Jainism. They first converted the kings and the kings did the rest. This revival, strengthened the oppression of women. There were so many women poets in the early Tamil literature. But after the thirteenth century, women were told to be at home. Till the early 20th century women were denied education. Though no part of Hinduism says that, it was the main impact of Islamic invasion in India. Hindus were educated to have strong family ties. Family means an omnipotent bread winner. Whatever he says is the law. An ever obeying slave wife. Women were told to obey their father when they were young. Obey their husband when they get married. Obey their male child when they are old with no husband. There were stories told to women. A women takes her sick husband on her head to a prostitutes house for his pleasure, because it was her duty to keep her husband happy. Women were made to accept this and it stays in their blood. Even the well educated woman, even today would say sacrificing my pleasures for family and listening to my husband is good for me. This is how they were brought up. Men mentality has grown to such an extent that - women is stupid, they are for pleasure. Only my mother, my sister, my wife and daughter are pure. Every other women is non-sense.
Let us come to current issue -
When all these rapes happened, every men, politicians, saints as well the well educated youths have responded in public media (Face Book, Blog, Twitter...) like this,
Why that girl went with a male friend?
 That girl was not dressed properly.
 See how exposing their dresses are.
She should have called the rapists "Brother". He would have left her.
Non-sense. Such talks are highly irritating. A thirteen year dressed in skirt (may be school uniform) cannot walk on the streets without being starred at by rascals.
We have seen enough history. What should we do now?
Start the change at home. Never tell your wife - "Hey listen to me. You must do what I say". Never say, after all you are female. Respect your mother sister and daughter and do give the same respect to your known female friends and colleagues.
A word to women. Do you think the male will do that? I mean what is in the previous para. Never. Freedom is not freely given. It is yours. Take it. Go out with pepper spray and a pocket knife. Do not hesitate to speak bad words in local slang calling his family names when any  touch in the crowded bus is nasty. Do it not only for you, but also for the fellow passenger girl, who is vulnerable. Lead the struggle. Call the male a scoundrel, if they do not support you. The male population should shy away from all this. This is in your hands.
A word to the government. Bring sex education to school. Teach - good touch/bad touch at kinder garden. :Let male kids know what mensuration means and how painful it is. Allow men - not enough - make it mandatory for men to watch their wife's delivery. Last but not least - WAKE UP.

இந்த நூறு நாள் வேலை திட்டத்தால் என்னென்ன தொல்லைகள் சாமி!

 1. வீட்டு வேலை, சிறு தொழில், விவசாய கூலிகள் கிடைப்பதில்லை.இதற்கு பதில் அளித்தவர்கள் தந்த விளக்கங்கள் மிக அருமையாக இருந்தது. 

இதற்கு முன் அந்த கூலிகளை இந்த சிறு, குறு முதலாளிகள் நடத்திய விதத்தை முன்வைத்தார்கள். சாதிய கூறுகள் இதனால் அடிபடும் சாத்தியம் அதிகம் காணக்கிடைத்தது. பல நூற்றாண்டுகளாக உழைத்த வம்சம், இரண்டு வேளை சாப்பிடட்டுமே என்ற வாதம் நியாயமாக பட்டாலும், இது எத்தனை நாளைக்கு என்ற எண்ணம் தலை தூக்காமல் இல்லை. அதை பிரணாய் ராய் விவாதம் உறுதி செய்தது. அப்படி இது நிறுத்தப்பட்டால், இதே கூலிகள் திரும்ப இவர்களிடமே சென்று வேலை கேட்டால், அதன் பிறகு அந்த கூலிகளிடம் இதே முதலாளிகள் காட்டப்போகும் வன்மம் - எப்படி இருக்கும்? அந்த கூலிகளை  இப்போதே நான் அரவணைத்து செல்கிறேன், எனக்கு பிரச்சினை இப்போதே இல்லையே என்ற சமூகப்போராளி, (செந்தமிழ் செல்வன்) சொன்ன கருத்து பிடித்திருந்தது. சாதி தலைவர் தனியரசு பேசிய பேச்சினை சகிக்க முடியவில்லை. எள் முனையும் சமூக சிந்தனை இல்லாத மனிதராக தோன்றினார். பணத்தை இலவசமாக தந்துவிடலாமாம். என்ன ஒரு வக்கிர எண்ணம். தந்துவிட்டால், அதை வாங்கி தரும் இடைத்தரகராகிவிடலாம், அரசு தரும் பணத்தில், தன் நிலத்தில் அவர்களை வேலையும் செய்ய வைக்கலாம். ஆஹா! மானத்தோடு ஏதோ ஒருவேலை செய்து கூலி வாங்குவது இவருக்கு பொறுக்கவில்லை. இலவசமாக இவர் தூக்கி எறிந்து அவர்கள் பொறுக்கிக் கொண்டால், இவரின் மானம் கூடும், அவர்கள் தன்மானம் இழந்தே கிடப்பார்கள். என்ன ஒரு சிந்தனை.

2. இதில் மிக உன்னித்து கவனிக்க வேண்டிய சிந்தனையை ஒருவர் முன்வைத்தார். விவசாயத்தையும் சிறு/குறு விவசாயிகளையும் ஒழித்து, விவசாயத்தை "Corporate" மயமாக்கும் முயற்சிதான் இது என்றார். இல்லை விவசாயம் அழிய பல காரணிகள்  இருக்கின்றன என பலர் எதிர் வாதம் செய்தனர். 

சென்னை சுற்றியும், மற்றும் வட மாவட்டங்களையும் சேர்ந்த பல விவசாயிகளிடமிருந்து நான் அறிந்தது இதுதான். சென்ற பத்தாண்டுகளில், பல ஏக்கர் நிலங்கள் சந்தை நிலவரத்துக்கு மீறிய மிக அதிக விலை கொடுத்து வாங்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. ஆனால் அவை அனைத்தும் எந்த உபயோகப்படுத்தலும் இன்றி தரிசாக இருக்கின்றன. இவற்றை வாங்கியவர்கள் யார் என விற்றவர்களுக்கு தெரியவில்லை. நான் நினைத்தேன், ஊழல் அரசியல் வாதிகள் யாரேனும் இருக்கும் என்று. ஆனால், கடந்த மூன்று நான்கு ஆண்டுகளாக இதில் தொய்வு என தெரிகிறது. இதை பற்றி எந்த பத்திரிகையாளரும் சமூக ஆர்வலரும் செய்தி சேகரித்து இருக்கிறார்களா?

3. பிரதமர் சில மாதங்களுக்கு முன், மராத்திய விவசாயிகளின் தற்கொலைகளின் போது, ஒரு பொன்மொழி உதிர்த்தார். ஏன் விவசாயத்தையே நம்பி இருக்கிறீர்கள், வேறு வேலைகளுக்கு செல்லுங்களேன் என்று. பொருளாதார மேதையே! முதலில் வேறு வேலை ஏற்படுத்துங்கள். பின்னர் பேசுங்கள்.சீனாவில், நகரம் நோக்கிய நகர்தல் எப்படி கட்டுப்படுத்த்ப்படுகிறது என்று பாருங்கள். அவர்கள் முன்னேறுவதின் காரணம் புரியும். 

4. அமெரிக்காவில், 2% மக்கள்தான் விவசாயம் செய்கிறார்கள். எல்லோருக்கும் சாப்பாடு கிடைத்து, மீதியை ஏற்றுமதி செய்கிறார்கள். இந்தியாவில் 60 சத மக்கள் விவசாயத்தை நம்பி இருக்கிறார்கள். பொருளாதார மேதை... முதலில் அந்த 60ஐ 2 ஆக்க வேண்டுமானால், 58 சத மக்களுக்கு தொழில் துறையில் புது முயற்சி  தொடங்க வாய்ப்புகளை உருவாக்குங்கள். விவசாயம் விட்டு என்ன தெரியும் அவர்களுக்கு? அவர்கள் தெரிந்துகொள்ள என்ன செய்தீர்கள்? உங்களின் வெத்து வேட்டு அறிவுரை தேவையில்லை அவர்களுக்கு.

5. NDTV  விவாதத்தில் கிடைத்த "Clues". 

தற்போதைய பொருளாதார சரிவுக்கு காரணம், "இலவசங்கள். மானியங்கள். 2001 க்கு பிறகு உலகமயமாக்கலை, தனியார் மயமாகலை ஊக்குவிக்க அரசு தொடர்ந்து முயற்சிக்கவில்லை." அதாவது தனியார்களுக்கு தரப்பட வேண்டிய மானியம், பாமரர்களுக்கு செல்கிறது. இதற்கு அரசியல் "AND" பொருளாதார மேதைகளின் பதில் என்னவாக இருக்கும் என நமக்கு தெரியும்தானே.  "ஒட்டு  யாருப்பா போடுவாங்க?"

6. இப்படி, இந்த அரசு இயந்திரம், இந்த பொருளாதார மேதைகளின் திட்டங்களை, முன்னெடுத்து சென்றால் - நூறு நாள் வேலை திட்டம் கிடைப்பில் போடப்படும். டீசல் விலை இரு மடங்காகும். சிறு/குறு விவசாயிகள் தற்கொலை செய்வதை தவிர வழி இருக்காது. 

7. விவசாயத்தை "Corporate" ஆக்கும் திட்டம் இருந்தால்... முதலில் 58 சத மக்களுக்கு, வழி வகை செய்யுங்கள். தவறினால், கிரிமினல் குற்றங்கள் அதிகரிக்கும் முதலில். விரட்டப்படும் நாய்கள் என்றுமே ஓடிக்கொண்டிருக்கும், துரத்தும் நாய்களுக்கு எதிராக திரும்பி நிற்கும். நாய்கள் மட்டும் அல்ல நாய் பிழைப்பு பிழைக்கும் மக்களும்தான்.
